Significant shifts have occurred in tracheostomy care as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The importance of the application of humidification and filtration devices has been highlighted in recent guidelines. This educational webinar will cover humidification and filtration needs for tracheostomy patients. The session will include an overview of current practice in tracheostomy care during COVID-19 as well as some of the products used in caring for these patients. It will also review the clinical applications of the Freevent XtraCare HMEF and TrachPhone HME and address practical instructions for use with a live question and answer session with a guest speaker.
