Panel Discussion: Laryngectomy and Tracheostomy Care During the COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic significant shifts have occurred in the care of laryngectomy and tracheostomy patients and practice has been impacted since its onset earlier in 2020. New ways of working and new processes have emerged to continue to provide care. Many countries are now entering a period with a surge in cases. And, we continue to learn about long-term implications and care of recovering COVID-19 patients. The focus of this panel will be to discuss factors that are currently relevant for care of laryngectomy and tracheostomy patients, including recovering COVID-19 patients.
