Provox® XtraFlange™
Provox XtraFlange, a silicone washer, is intended to reduce periprosthetic leakage in patients using indwelling Provox voice prostheses. Provox XtraFlange is not available in the US, pending 510(k) clearance.
Provox® Trocar with Cannula
Surgical tool for creating primary or secondary TE punctures. The Provox Trocar is preferred to a scalpel, because it creates a round puncture and the surrounding tissue remains in tension.
Provox® Pharynx Protector
The Provox Pharynx Protector protects the pharynx from accidental piercing during primary TE puncture. (Shown in top image.)
Provox® Guidewire
The Provox Guidewire enables retrograde insertion of Provox and Provox2 prostheses.
