SinoJect®
SinoJect is a device to simplify the puncture and irrigation of the maxillary sinus. Not availiable in the US.
Features:

The system represents a substantial improvement of puncture and irrigation as the primary form of therapy in cases of maxillary sinusitis.

Simple puncture and irrigation of the maxillary sinus.

Safety – the fact that the puncture needle is injected via a spring coil to a depth of only 1 cm highly reduce the risk of injuring neighbouring structures.

Patient-friendly – minimum trauma with hardly any pain or tendency to bleeding (suitable for patients with disturbed coagulation and AIDS patients).
- Time and cost saving – only one puncture due to the catheter remains in place.
The SinoJect instrument with the Staytube in place is cocked.
The penetration rod tip is placed below the anterior part of the inferior turbinate and the activator button is thereafter pressed.
The Lavage Tube and the Staytube are connected. Irrigation is performed in the conventional way.
