The new stoma attachments.
Optimal fit and versatility
The Provox LaryClip, in combination with the LaryButton, offers a durable, comfortable, and airtight stoma seal; especially important to HME and FreeHands users.
The new gentle attachment system
The new patented Provox LaryClip is a two-piece system that helps to optimize the airtight attachment of the Provox LaryButton and the Provox LaryTube to the stoma. It consists of a square adhesive base and a hook-and-loop clip that allows for optimal fit to the wings of the Provox LaryButton and LaryTube. The adhesive Base is attached to the skin at both sides of the stoma. When the Base no longer adheres to the skin, the Clip portion can be removed and reattached to the new adhesive Base.
Key features:
- Increases the usability of the Provox LaryButton and LaryTube
- Simple touch fasten/unfasten solution
- Strong FlexiDerm adhesive properties
- May be taped to the skin at the most optimal site around the stoma.
- An alternative to the use of neckbands

Clip
Placed onto the Base by the hook-and-loop fastener, the Clip allows for firm attachment of the LaryButton or LaryTube.
Base
The Base has similar adhesion properties as the popular FlexiDerm Adhesive. It can be taped where the patient prefers, horizontally, vertically, or at an angle.
Unlike a neckband, the Provox LaryClip will fixate the LaryButton at an optimal retention angle for a better stoma seal when using the Provox FreeHands HME.
