Meet Cecilia

Describe your job at Atos Medical:

I am one of five team leaders in our production department. The job includes for example planning the work day in the clean room and taking care of personnel matters. As a team leader I am also responsible for the products and information about them. I work closely together with the development-, validation- and technology departments.

What is your background?

I have done a lot of things; I have worked at hotels and restaurants, as well as in a clothing store. I came to Atos Medical in 1999.

What inspires you in your job?

New challenges! It is inspiring to be able to find a solution to a problem or a tricky situation. Planning plays a big part here and I like it when you have made a good plan that works all the way.

What do you do on your spare time?

I drive my motorcycle! It is something I really enjoy.
